At Chagrin Family Dental Care, we believe cost should never stand in the way of a healthy smile. Our team is happy to review your treatment plan with you, explain fees clearly, and make sure you understand the cost of care before any treatment begins.

We accept most dental insurance plans, and our team will submit claims on your behalf to help you maximize your benefits. Please note that insurance coverage varies by plan, and patients are ultimately responsible for their account balance. For patients with out-of-network insurance plans, payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, our team will submit claims to your insurance provider, and any reimbursement will be sent directly to the patient.

For patients without insurance, we offer an in-office savings plan designed to make preventive care more affordable, with valuable discounts on many dental services and treatments throughout the year.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and offer third-party financing through CareCredit. Please note that a 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. To avoid this fee, patients may pay by cash, check, or debit card. Discounts may also be available for services paid in full at the time of treatment or through prepayment.

Learn More About Accepted Insurances at Chagrin Family Dental Care

We can file most insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your first visit. We will work with you to ensure that you will receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. If you have coverage questions specific to your plan, check with your human resources coordinator or your insurance enrollment package. Reimbursement amounts are not, and have never been, a guide for quality care.

At our dental practice, we understand the importance of affordable dental care. That’s why we are in-network with most insurance providers, including Delta Dental Premier, MetLife, and SunLife/DHA.

Our experienced dental team will gladly assist you with an estimate of benefits before filing your treatment and insurance claim. For patients using out-of-network insurance plans, our team is happy to submit claims on your behalf to help maximize available benefits. Please note that payment is expected at the time of service, and any reimbursement issued by your insurance provider will be sent directly to the patient.

Additionally, we offer flexible financing options, including popular programs like CareCredit, to help our patients manage the cost of dental treatments comfortably.

For patients without insurance, we also offer our own in-house membership plan, designed to make preventive care more accessible and provide savings on a wide range of dental services.

We accept payment for the portion of costs not covered by dental insurance in the form of personal check, and credit card, such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Patients may avoid this fee by paying with cash, check, or debit card.
