Everything about my visit was positive. The hygienist was gentle and very thorough and Dr. Hivick is always kind and un-rushed.

I had an ongoing issue that my previous dentist missed. I went to Dr. Hivik for a second opinion and he identified the problem immediately. Needless to say I switched dentists and couldn't be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to describe his approach and reasoning in detail. He's also a very nice guy. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.

One of my upper molars broke in half, I called Chagrin family dental care the next day Dr Hivick and team were able to fit me in within one hour of the same day of my calling.I have never had to wait longer than three minutes in the waiting room, and this time was no different. I received a visual inspection along with an x-ray and was informed that the tooth had an opening old cavity filling and the base of the tooth cracked off & would need a crown.The group was able to bond a temporary crown over the damaged area, and I scheduled an appointment to have a crown installed.The office produces their crowns in house so the procedure is only going to require one appointment, which is wonderfulI highly recommend Dr. Hivick and his team They are courteous, professional and thorough.
